How to Return an Item in Three Simple Steps
Step 1:
Request return instructions by emailing info@puravise.com.
Please include your order number, email address, and the reason for return.
Step 2:
Send your order back to the return address provided in our response.
Step 3:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
Approved refunds are issued within five business days after inspection.
Return Conditions
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

The item is unused, unopened, and in original, resalable condition

All original packaging is intact
Hygiene products, including soaps and personal care items, cannot be returned once opened or used, for hygiene and safety reasons.

We work with international fulfillment partners. Depending on the product and origin, your return may need to be sent to a specific return address.
Always follow the return instructions provided by email. -
Return shipping costs are not covered by Puravise.

Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Returns must be approved before being sent. Unapproved returns may not be processed.
Order Cancellations
Orders are processed immediately after placement and cannot be canceled once submitted.
If you wish to return your order, this can only be done through our return process within 14–30 days after delivery, in accordance with this policy.
