Article 3 — Applicability

  1. These Terms & Conditions apply to every offer made by Puravise and to every distance contract concluded between Puravise and a consumer.

  2. Before the contract is concluded, these Terms & Conditions are made available to the consumer. If this is not reasonably possible, Puravise will indicate how they can be viewed and that they can be provided free of charge upon request.

  3. If additional product- or service-specific terms apply, the consumer may rely on the provision most favorable to them in case of conflict.

  4. If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect and the invalid provision will be replaced by one that most closely reflects the original intent.

Article 4 — The Offer

  1. If an offer has a limited validity period or conditions, this will be stated clearly.

  2. Puravise may change or withdraw offers, where legally permitted.

  3. Product descriptions and images are intended to be accurate. Obvious mistakes or errors do not bind Puravise.

  4. Prices, product visuals, and product information are indicative and may be updated.

Article 5 — The Contract

  1. The contract is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and meets the stated conditions (including payment).

  2. If the contract is concluded electronically, Puravise will confirm receipt electronically without undue delay.

  3. Puravise may refuse or cancel orders if there are reasonable grounds (e.g., suspected fraud, incorrect details, stock issues), and will refund paid amounts where required.

Article 6 — Right of Withdrawal & Hygiene Products

6.1 General withdrawal (where applicable)

Where a legal right of withdrawal applies, the consumer may withdraw within 14 days after receipt of the product, without giving reasons.

6.2 Hygiene exception (very important for Puravise)

Because Puravise sells personal care and hygiene products, opened or used items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Returns are only accepted if the item is:

  • unused, unopened, and

  • in original, resalable condition with all packaging intact.

If an item is opened, used, or not resalable, Puravise may refuse the return or apply a reduction in refund value where legally permitted.

Article 7 — Return Costs

If a return is accepted, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.

Article 8 — Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

Puravise may exclude the right of withdrawal (where permitted by law) for:

  • hygiene products once unsealed/opened,

  • products made to the consumer’s specifications,

  • goods that cannot be returned due to their nature, or other legally permitted categories.

Article 9 — Prices

  1. All prices are shown on the website and may be updated.

  2. Pricing errors (e.g., clear mistakes) do not bind Puravise; if an order is affected, Puravise may cancel and refund.

  3. Taxes and duties: Depending on your location and shipping route, import duties, VAT/sales tax, or customs fees may apply and may be collected by local authorities.

Article 10 — Conformity & Warranty

  1. Puravise aims to deliver products that conform to the contract and reasonable expectations.

  2. Report defects or issues within a reasonable time after delivery by emailing info@puravise.com.

  3. Warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, modifications, or improper handling.

Article 11 — Delivery, Shipping & Risk

  1. Puravise will take reasonable care in processing and shipping orders.

  2. The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  3. Delivery times are estimates unless explicitly guaranteed in writing.

  4. Risk transfer: The risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the shipment is handed to the carrier, unless mandatory law states otherwise.

Article 12 — Ongoing Contracts (If Applicable)

If Puravise offers subscriptions or recurring deliveries, the consumer may cancel according to the cancellation terms presented at checkout and in the subscription settings. Puravise will not extend ongoing contracts in a way that violates applicable consumer protection laws.

Article 13 — Payment

  1. Payments must be completed using the available checkout methods.

  2. If payment fails or is reversed, Puravise may suspend or cancel the order.

  3. The customer must promptly report any incorrect payment details.

Article 14 — Complaints

If you have complaints, contact info@puravise.com with your order number and details. Puravise will respond within a reasonable time and aims to resolve issues fairly.

Article 15 — Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of [INSERT JURISDICTION / COUNTRY / STATE].
Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of [INSERT LOCATION], unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

Article 16 — Amendments

Puravise may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will be published on the website, and where legally required, customers will be notified.

Article 17 — Force Majeure

Puravise is not liable for failure to perform obligations where this is due to circumstances beyond reasonable control (e.g., carrier delays, supplier issues, natural events, strikes, government actions, network outages).

Article 18 — Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the website content, product visuals, branding, and text belong to Puravise or its licensors. Copying or use without written permission is not permitted.
